Chad Graham, Owner & CEO, has been a commercial real estate agent since 2000. He started with Realty Executives, now CREA, in their Commercial Division. Chad stayed with Realty Executives until 2010, when he decided to partner with GTK Commercial Property. In 2013, he chose to break out on his own to specialize in Commercial Properties. His experiences have given him extensive knowledge of the Commercial sector including leasing strategy, tenant retention, current pricing for sales and leasing, and foresight into upcoming market trends. He has over a decade of experience with leasing and managing commercial spaces including retail, office, and industrial.
